Database reactivation campaign

A considered follow-up to eligible past enquiries.

Some past enquiries may still be relevant, but an old record does not establish current interest or permission to contact. We review the supplied list, suppression and channel eligibility, then agree a bounded campaign, messages, response owner and attribution terms.

The problem

A useful follow-up begins with a relevant enquiry and a permitted contact path.

For a business with a documented first-party enquiry history, eligible channels and capacity to handle responses.

Not for a business with no list, and not for a list that was bought rather than earned.

How it works

What actually happens, in order.

No phase starts before the one above it is finished and shown to you. Dates are agreed after access, eligibility and delivery-capacity review.

REVIEW
Before anything sends

We clean it and check consent

An old enquiry is not automatically eligible for a new message. Review how contact details were obtained, the intended channel, relevant permissions and existing suppression before any send.

  • Deduplicated, dead addresses and numbers removed
  • Consent and opt-out status checked against every record
  • Existing opt-outs remain suppressed; later changes require documented valid instructions
  • You see the cleaned list before a single message sends
REVIEW
The sequence

Written in your voice, not a template

Draft a relevant message using the actual enquiry context. The business approves the wording, permitted channel, cadence and stopping rules before activation.

  • Only the channels approved for the eligible records
  • Written against what they originally enquired about
  • Pause subsequent automated follow-up when a reply or opt-out is received; test this before launch
DELIVERY
Working it

Replies routed and outcomes recorded

Review actual responses during the agreed campaign window. Route them to an assigned person and record the outcome. Response volume and bookings are not guaranteed.

  • Assigned response owner and coverage hours agreed in the scope
  • Attribution and cancellation/refund treatment agreed before billing
  • The list handed back better than it arrived
What you own

Yours, including if you leave.

List

Yours, improved

Cleaned, deduplicated, consent-marked. You keep it whether or not you use us again.

Copy

The sequence

Every message we wrote, yours to reuse.

Attribution

Defined attribution

Keep the agreed source records and explain any uncertain attribution before calculating a fee.

Suppression

The do-not-contact list

Built properly, so the next campaign inherits it.

Said plainly

What we will not promise you.

  • We will not tell you what your list is worth before we have seen it. Eligibility and quality must be reviewed first. The floor pays for scoped work even when no bookings result.
  • We will not message anyone who opted out. Not once, not as a test. That is the line that turns a campaign into a complaint.
  • We will not run it on a list you bought. Purchased lists are a different activity with different rules and we do not do it.

The written scope records the boundaries, client inputs and acceptance checks before work starts.

What it costs

Stated here, so you can decide before you talk to us.

The price

$1,500 floor or 15% of booked revenue, whichever is greater

The scope and fee model are agreed after list eligibility, channel and capacity review. Additional work needs a written change; any percentage fee follows the agreed attribution and collection rules.

The floor applies even when no bookings result. Provider usage and any separate charges are agreed in writing, together with attribution, cancellations, refunds and collection terms.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

How old can the list be?

Age matters less than how the contact was obtained and whether they opted out. We check that first, and if the answer is that most of it cannot be contacted, we tell you before you commit.

What counts as a booking?

The agreement defines an attributable booking, its value, the attribution window and how cancellations, refunds, non-payment and disputes affect the fee. A booking is not collected revenue.

Why is there a floor?

Fifteen percent of nothing is nothing, and the cleaning and the writing happen whether the list responds or not. The floor covers that. The percentage covers the upside.

Can you do it again?

A further campaign requires a fresh eligibility, suppression, relevance and capacity review. Results can change; no repeat performance is assumed.
