A letter from the founders
We wrote this software because we were the ones reading the inbox at midnight.
We did not start out to run an agency. We started out running a cleaning company, then a property management group, then a podcast with a store, and every one of them had the same problem: the tools did not talk to each other, so a person had to. For a long time that person was one of us.
We looked for software that would run a business rather than store data about it. We could not buy it, so we wrote it. The morning briefing, the lead that gets recovered and priced at 9:42pm, the applicants who get scored and booked without a phone call, the meetings that end in tasks with names on them. Those are not features we dreamed up for clients. They are the things that let us stop doing the work by hand.
Other owners started asking how we did it. So now we install the same systems in their companies, at a fixed price, and we run our own on the same code every day. If it breaks, it breaks for us first.
We are two people. There is no account manager. When you call, you get one of us, and we will tell you if you do not need us.
