Demonstrations use synthetic data and architecture examples do not establish client results. Any measured result needs its own stated source and date.
Free teardown
The teardown is free and yours to keep. It is our professional opinion, not a guarantee of results. We may decline to produce one if the request is outside what we do.
Recording the teardown
Any recording must be agreed with the participants before capture. Requesting or booking a teardown does not itself authorize recording. The session format, access and handling of any recording are confirmed beforehand; publication requires separate permission.
Service levels
Support scope, hours, reporting channels, response targets and any out-of-hours charges must be specified in the written agreement. No four-hour response or round-the-clock staffing is established by this page. Studio does not currently provide a client portal.
Retainers and hours on account
Published retainer and prepaid-hour offers are starting points for a written quote. Billing timing, minimum term, notice period, ticket records, expiry, unused-hour treatment and any refunds must be confirmed in that agreement before purchase. A listed support offer does not by itself establish staffed coverage.
Cancelling and refunds
A free teardown request carries no purchase obligation. For paid work, the written agreement must explain deposits, cancellation, completed work, handover, prepaid balances and refund procedures before payment. This page does not establish an additional refund guarantee.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a written agreement with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a start date. Nothing on this site changes that agreement. Where the site and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.
Ownership
Data rights, assignment of custom work and licences for existing or third-party components must be identified in the written agreement. No exclusive platform licence or automatic assignment is established by this page. The procurement page lists the points to confirm.
Content on this site
Please ask before republishing whole pieces or reusing footage from this site. Rights and permissions depend on the particular material; visual demonstrations are not evidence of a client deployment.
Liability
Liability and related responsibilities are addressed in the written agreement. The site provides planning information and does not replace that agreement or establish a separate performance guarantee.
