This site

Everything on this site is provided to help you decide whether to work with us. Prices shown are ranges; the price you pay is the one written in your quote. Metrics shown are from systems we own and operate and are accurate as of the date on the page they appear on.

Free teardown

The teardown is free and yours to keep. It is our professional opinion, not a guarantee of results. We may decline to produce one if the request is outside what we do.

The teardown is free, it is yours to keep, and it is our opinion, not a promise.

The line we hold

Recording the teardown

The teardown is a recorded call, because the recording is part of what you get. By booking, you consent to that recording. Several states require every participant to consent, so we announce the recording at the start of the call and ask out loud before anything is captured; if you bring colleagues, please tell them beforehand. Say the word and we will stop recording and carry on, or delete the recording afterwards. We do not publish or share a teardown recording, or any part of it, without your written permission.

Retainers and hours on account

Advisory days are invoiced when booked. Retainers (fractional leadership, managed technology, vendor management) are billed monthly in advance, have the minimum term stated in the agreement, and then cancel with thirty days written notice. Blocks of hours are pre-paid, drawn down against logged tickets you can read at any time, and expire twelve months after purchase; unused hours do not carry into a second year and are not refundable once the block has been started. Managed technology is business-hours support with a four-hour response for anything that is down; it is not a 24/7 help desk, and we will not describe it as one.

Cancelling and refunds

The teardown is free and can be canceled any time, for any reason, with no obligation. For paid work: an install is booked with a deposit that reserves the build window and is non-refundable once we have started, because the window is time we turned other work away for. If you cancel mid-build, you pay for the stages completed and accepted, we hand over what exists, and the rest of any prepayment is returned within thirty days. Monthly operate plans run month to month after any minimum term stated in your agreement, cancel with thirty days' notice, and we refund any prepaid month that has not started. If we cancel, you pay only for what was delivered and we help you land somewhere else. Refunds go back the way they were paid.

Engagements

Paid work is governed by a written agreement with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a start date. Nothing on this site changes that agreement. Where the site and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Ownership

Your data stays yours. Custom work we build for you is assigned to you on final payment. The pre-built platform is owned by its developer, Akovex Inc., licensed exclusively to Tech & AI Agency LLC, and sublicensed to you for as long as you run it. The statement of work lists which is which. Full terms on the procurement page.

Content on this site

The writing, video, and 3D work here were made by us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Please do not republish whole pieces or reuse the footage.

Liability

We stand behind our work through the agreement, not through this page. To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as-is and we are not liable for decisions made from it alone.
