What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, phone if you gave it, and what you wrote about your business. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not buy data about you.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare the teardown or quote you asked for, and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. If you subscribe to the library, we send you the issues and nothing else. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we honor it immediately.

We do not sell data, we do not buy data about you, and we do not run advertising trackers.

The line we hold

Where it lives

Form submissions go to our own operations system, hosted in the United States, behind access controls, with backups we restore-test. Email goes through our business mail provider. We keep lead records for as long as there is a live conversation and for two years after, then we delete them unless you have become a client.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. It may set a small preference cookie (for example, whether you dismissed a notice) and we may use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying you. Fonts load from a font service; embedded video and maps, where present, are served by us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@opralta.com and a person will answer within five business days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy law (California, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE) those rights apply and we will honor them.

Client data

When we run systems for a client, the client's customer data belongs to the client. We access it only to do the work, we do not use it to train models, and it is exported on request in open formats. The details are in each client agreement.

Who we are

Tech & AI Agency LLC, Salt Lake City, Utah. Questions to hello@opralta.com.

Counting visits

We count page views and a handful of actions — which page you landed on, whether a demo on the playground was used, whether a form was sent. The counting is done by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site and already carries every request to it, so no new company sees your visit. It is cookieless: no cookie, no advertising pixel, no device fingerprint, no profile, and nothing that identifies you or follows you to another site. We do not know who you are from it, only that a page was read. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we count nothing at all. There is no advertising analytics service involved, and no data from this site is shared with an advertising network.

Your rights over your data

Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@opralta.com and we will do it within thirty days, without making you create an account or explain why. We will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California's privacy law defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and the only visit counting is the cookieless kind described above; if that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked before anything non-essential is set. Utah's Consumer Privacy Act and California's law apply to companies above thresholds we may not meet, but we honor these requests regardless.

AI, and what we do not do with your data

We do not train models on your data or your customers' data, and where we use a model provider it is on terms that exclude your content from training. What our automation may do on its own, when a voice agent must say it is automated, and how AI-generated media is labelled is all set out on the AI use page.
