Intake

A clearer brief starts a better project.

Use this detailed form for a complex project or a problem spanning several systems. You can also enquire directly from any service page or use the shorter contact form. Requests are reviewed for scope and delivery capacity; a response time or appointment is not confirmed by submission.

Are you the decision-maker for a purchase like this?
What is broken
Specific beats polished. One example with a number is better than a paragraph.
Which of these do you have today, and it actually gets used?

Ranges for every system are on the pricing page. "I do not know yet" is an honest answer and we treat it as one.
Before you submit: scope and acceptance requirements.
  • Complex custom software needs scoped discovery before a build quote. A paid 90-Day AI Scale Map may fit; any credit against a later build must be agreed in writing. Smaller services can start with their own brief.
  • Payment or compliance work requires verified professional cover, qualified specialist input where needed and a written responsibility boundary before acceptance.
  • A talent search requires an agreed scope and deposit; any credit against the fee is recorded in the agreement.
  • For fixed-scope builds, the planning structure is a 50% deposit and milestone billing above $25,000. The accepted quote defines the final payment schedule.
  • Requests across the service catalogue are reviewed against relevant experience, provider readiness and current capacity before acceptance. A listing does not guarantee availability.

Your brief is captured for owner review. Submission does not confirm a reply, quote, appointment or accepted project.

Received for review.

Your brief has been captured. This confirmation does not mean an email was sent or a call was booked. Any follow-up, scope and meeting time still need to be agreed.
