How the work becomes a working system.
A clear scope, visible decisions and an accountable handover connect design to day-to-day operation.
Your project has a connected home.
Our in-house Opralta Studio links your onboarding, service-specific delivery plan, project folders and progress records. We agree a communication and review cadence, then share reviewed updates and decisions through that channel. Studio is our private team workspace; customer access is not required to work with us.
Clear milestones. Visible decisions.
Each project has an accountable owner and a delivery checklist. Scope, access, kickoff, testing, acceptance and handover are recorded. Project files stay organized by client and engagement, while progress updates identify what changed, what happens next and where a decision is needed.
Commercial clarity throughout.
Quoted setup and recurring care remain separate. Our project records track actual time, delivery costs, invoice drafts, issued invoices and verified receipt evidence. Your agreed deliverables and billing periods determine the invoice; software does not replace approval or move money on its own.
Understand the current process.
We map the people, tools, inputs and decisions involved. We inspect failure paths and establish a baseline where source evidence exists. A smaller repair or a change to the process may be the right answer.
Agree what will be delivered.
The proposal names deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, acceptance criteria, ownership and recurring costs. Third-party subscriptions, usage and approval requirements remain explicit. A proposal is not a signed agreement or a payment receipt.
Review before committing the whole build.
We use a prototype or sample workflow to resolve the most important interactions. Review includes how someone corrects a mistake, handles an exception and understands the next step.
Build and test the complete journey.
We check validation, duplicate requests, unavailable destinations, access, recovery and mobile interaction where relevant. Test evidence and known limits are recorded. Automatic checks complement human review.
Record acceptance and hand over.
Completion requires an accountable record of the agreed gates, a completion summary and named ownership. Client-owned access, operating notes and the care arrangement are part of the handover. Reopening completed delivery is a deliberate, recorded step.
Define care as a service.
Support hours, response terms, maintenance, backups and escalation are separately agreed. Software remains an operating responsibility after launch; no unstated unlimited or round-the-clock coverage is implied.
Begin with one useful decision.
The Workflow Opportunity Review produces one process map, baseline definitions and an implementation brief.
