Our commitment
We aim to make the site usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different display settings, using WCAG 2.2 AA as the target. Automated tests and selected manual checks support that work; they are not a certification that every page, device and assistive technology combination conforms.
What we know is imperfect
The September 2026 review includes automated WCAG 2 A/AA and 2.1 A/AA checks across public pages and selected mobile light/dark demonstration states. Selected keyboard checks cover skip navigation, the mobile menu and the estimate handoff. A comprehensive screen-reader review and the remaining manual checks are still open. Automated contrast checks cannot fully evaluate some legacy media and decorative backgrounds.
The voice agents we build
For a voice-agent project, accessible alternatives and human handoff belong in the written scope. We agree the provider capabilities, disclosure, fallback routes, timeout behaviour and any transcript requirements, then test the supported paths. A website service description does not establish that a particular telephone integration is active or accessible.
