Ownership

Your process. Clear responsibilities.Access, third-party terms and bespoke deliverables agreed before work.

What the work includes.

A dashboard whose measures can be explained and reconciled to their sources.

Metric definitions

Agree up to eight measures, their sources and the decisions they support.

Connected sources

Bring in up to two supported sources with a defined refresh schedule.

Operating view

Build a readable dashboard and concise owner summary.

Freshness controls

Make stale data, failed refreshes and missing values visible.

Interactive reporting demonstration

Explore the work in motion.

Change an input, follow the decision and inspect what happens next.

Illustrative browser workflows using synthetic data. Client deployments require their own approved scope and integrations.

A clear definition of done.

The acceptance checks are part of the scope, before implementation begins.

Acceptance checks

  • Each measure has a documented formula and source.
  • Totals reconcile to an agreed sample of records.
  • Failed or stale refreshes are visible instead of presented as current data.

What we need to begin

  • Two supported, authorized data sources.
  • An owner for metric definitions and reconciliation.
  • An agreed refresh frequency and access model.

Keep the boundaries visible.

What is outside this scope?
  • Paid connector charges and third-party subscriptions.
  • Guaranteed advertising attribution or forecasts.
  • A full data warehouse or unlimited historical cleanup.
How do we avoid impressive but misleading numbers?

We define each measure before building it, distinguish zero from missing data and reconcile results to source records. Reporting does not create evidence that the underlying systems never captured.

What happens after handover?

We document the workflow and its operating owner. Any ongoing care, coverage, software subscriptions and usage charges are separately agreed. A build fee does not imply unlimited support.
