What a $395 plan buys you

A month inside our Base managed growth plan, run on our own cleaning company first, with the honest list of what it does not do.

We sell three managed growth plans, and the Base plan at $395 a month is the one most owners ask about. So instead of a feature list, here is one month on the plan, exactly as it runs. We run it on our own cleaning company first. Every plan we sell has to survive contact with our own money before it touches a client's.

Week one: the monthly owner report. We pull last month's numbers from the phone system, the CRM and the website: calls, missed calls, text-backs, enquiries, booked jobs, review requests sent, site uptime. The report is one page, written for the owner, not a dashboard export. Anything below the previous month gets flagged in plain words with a reason and a next step. If the missed-call count jumped, we say why and what we changed.

Every week, all month: the care and watch items. The missed-call text-back stays live on the business line, so an unanswered call gets a human-sounding text within a minute. Review requests go out after every job marked complete, never before, never filtered. The website gets its updates, backups and uptime watch, and one content change a month: a new photo, a service tweak, a price update, whatever the owner needs. The text-back and review logs get checked for failures, because a silent failure is the worst kind.

Week four: the quarterly strategy call. Twenty to thirty minutes on the numbers and one improvement to make next month. On Base the call is quarterly, not monthly. That is a real difference from the higher plans, and we would rather say so now than have an owner find out later.

That is the month. Here is what the plan does not do, stated plainly.

No social media posts. No short videos. No monthly email to past customers. Those live in the Growth plan at $895, along with more follow-up steps and a monthly call. No AI phone intake agent and no ads management; those are in the Full plan at $1,650.

Base is not a marketing retainer and it will not make the phone ring by itself. It keeps the loop you already have from leaking: the missed calls get answered, the reviews go out, the site stays up to date, and the owner sees real numbers once a month. If a salesperson tells you a $395 plan will transform your business, check your pockets.

The terms are the other thing owners ask about. Three-month minimum, then month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Onboarding is free if we built your site, $750 one-time otherwise, and it covers connecting the phone line, the review flow, site access and the first month of setup. You approve every claim, image and send. Everything runs in accounts in your name, and if you leave, it all stays with you, with exports on request. Our texts only go to customers who contacted the business first. We do not cold text, and opt-outs are honoured immediately.

Who is it for? An owner who is losing after-hours calls, has no steady review flow, and wants proof every month that the basics are handled, without hiring an office person. Who is it not for? Anyone who wants content, campaigns or a phone agent. Those are different plans, and we will say so on the call rather than upsell you mid-contract.

If you want to see the month before you buy it, book a 30-minute call and we will walk through a real owner report from our own company, redactions and all. Then you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
