A clear definition of done.

The acceptance checks are part of the scope, before implementation begins.

Acceptance checks

  • Times display correctly in the agreed time zones.
  • Cancelled or opted-out records do not receive pending messages.
  • Review invitations use consistent eligibility rules, without rating-based gating.

What we need to begin

  • An active booking account and authorized sender.
  • Approved templates, contact basis and opt-out rules.
  • A named owner for delivery exceptions.

Keep the boundaries visible.

What is outside this scope?
  • Calendar, SMS and email provider subscriptions or usage.
  • Review rewards, fabricated reviews or selective positive-only invitations.
  • Guaranteed appointment attendance or review volume.
Can we invite only satisfied customers to review?

No. The workflow uses consistent eligibility criteria and does not filter invitations according to a predicted or stated rating. Requests, opt-outs and delivery outcomes remain reviewable.

What happens after handover?

We document the workflow and its operating owner. Any ongoing care, coverage, software subscriptions and usage charges are separately agreed. A build fee does not imply unlimited support.
