IT Solutions Salt Lake City: Support, security and AI automation.
Opralta plans, secures and supports the technology behind ten to one hundred person businesses across the Wasatch Front and remote teams nationwide, with public pricing and founders on every account, so your systems stay current, secure and ready to scale.
Six things a growing business needs handled.
Each one starts small, with a priced first step, and grows into a plan only when it earns it.
Managed IT and support
We act as your IT department: onboarding and offboarding, device setup, day to day troubleshooting, vendor calls and a named person who knows your environment. Every ticket has an owner and a visible status, and nothing waits on a call back that never comes.
First step. managed technology per user, $125 to $195 per seat a month, ten seat minimum.
Cloud and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
We set up and administer your productivity stack: email, calendars, shared drives, permissions, backups and renewals, all in accounts that belong to you. Staff changes are handled the same day, not the week someone remembers to ask. Migration from a personal account or a messy shared login is included.
First step. software and vendor management, $750 a month flat or 12 percent of managed spend, whichever is less.
Security and backups
Access reviews, endpoint protection, email filtering, tested backups and an incident plan your insurer will accept as evidence. We close the gaps a security questionnaire exposes, then keep them closed with scheduled checks and a written record. When renewal season comes, the evidence is already written down.
First step. the security and AI use audit, $4,500 fixed, with a findings list you can act on.
Networks and devices
Offices, job sites and remote staff on one reliable setup: routers, Wi Fi, switches, printers, phones and laptops, configured, labeled, patched and inventoried. New hires get a working kit on day one, and leavers are cut off the same hour. Everything is labeled and documented, so any qualified technician can pick it up.
First step. a care plan from $750 a month covering monitoring, maintenance and priority response.
Software and integrations
The tools you already pay for, connected so data flows once: CRM, scheduling, dispatch, payments, documents and reporting, with every integration documented and handed over. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build the missing piece and maintain it. You keep the documentation and the admin access.
First step. a fixed quote after one call. No discovery fees, no hourly mystery.
AI automation
Practical AI for real workflows: missed call text back, intake agents, review requests, follow up sequences and owner reports, with a human approving every send. We install the automation, prove it on your numbers and stay to run it. Nothing goes live without your approval on wording and rules.
First step. a managed growth plan from $395 a month, cancel with 30 days notice after the first three months.
Who it is for
- Businesses of 10 to 100 people on the Wasatch Front, in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis and Weber counties.
- Remote clients across the United States get the same service over secure remote access, with onsite visits available inside Utah.
How we are different
- We run these systems in our own companies before we sell them, so the advice comes from production, not a pitch deck.
- Every price is published on our pricing page.
- The founders you meet do the work.
- You get a fixed quote after one call, and the processes we build are documented and yours: accounts in your name, exports on request, so you can scale on your own whether or not we are in the room.
The same systems run our own company first.
Wasatch Cleaners is our operating company. Every tool on this page answers its phone, books its jobs and reports to its owners before we offer it to you.

Asked before most first calls.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
Response times are written into the plan before it starts, with business-down issues first and everything else the same business day. Every ticket has an owner and a visible status, so you always know who is working on it and what happens next. Faster response is a care tier choice, priced on the pricing page.
Do you work remote or onsite?
Most support is remote, which keeps the per seat price where it is. Onsite visits are included inside Utah for managed plan clients and scheduled for installs, network work and hardware. Remote clients across the United States are served the same way, with onsite help coordinated when a job requires hands on site.
Are there contracts? How do I cancel?
Managed technology is a written agreement with the scope, response times and responsibilities spelled out. Managed growth plans have a three month minimum, then run month to month and cancel with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, and everything we set up stays in accounts that belong to you.
What does a managed plan include?
A named person who knows your setup, monitoring and maintenance, patch and backup checks, user onboarding and offboarding, vendor management and a monthly written report on tickets, uptime and anything that needs your decision. Higher care tiers add faster response and more hands on hours.
How does pricing work?
Every price is published on our pricing page before you call. Managed technology is $125 to $195 per user a month, ten seat minimum. The security and AI use audit is a fixed $4,500. Care plans start at $750 a month and managed growth plans at $395. Larger builds get a fixed quote after one call, in writing.
Do you work with businesses outside Utah?
Yes. Remote work is most of what we do, and clients across the United States get the same service over secure remote access. Onsite work is available inside Utah. Workshops and discovery sessions run over video for any location, and we schedule onsite visits for larger installs when a job requires it.
Ready to stop babysitting your own technology?
No account managers in between. You speak with the founders, and the founders build your system.
